Sample Doors

• Do you offer sample doors?

  Yes, you can order sample doors using the following link:

  Remember, the cost of the sample door will be refunded upon placing an order or upon the return of the sample door, so you don’t risk anything in case you don’t like them.

• Can we order more then one sample and pay for one shipping cost?

  You can order as many sample doors as you want. There is a reduced additional fee for S&H for each door (as the shipping cost increases as well). However, you can get a refund for the cost of the doors (including shipping) upon placing an order or simply when you return the doors to us.

• Where do we return the Sample Door to?

  Sample doors can be returned to our main office located in California:

  Please make sure to include the name of the person the sample door order was originally placed under.

• How soon can you ship me the sample door?

  We usually ship sample door the same business day, or the following one if an order is placed after 02:00 pm PST.

• How long does it takes to receive the sample door?

  We have two methods of shipping:
  Express: will be delivered in 1-2 business days after the day you placed the order.
  Ground: will be delivered in 3-4 business days after the day you placed the order.
