Usually, it takes 4-5 days for us to get everything ready to pick-up or ship out. Please allow 3-7 business days for trucking company delivery. In the event of out-of-stock items, we will contact you for reasonable design alternative, or approximate restocking time for your consideration. We will try our best to fulfill your order, Stock availability changes every day, so it is a good idea for you to confirm your order as soon as possible Orders will begin to process upon 15% deposit.
All of our cabinets are very easy to assemble. No previous experience is required.
A wall cabinet takes about 5-10 minutes to assemble, while a base cabinet should take 10-15.
Naturally the first few cabinets may take longer, but once you get the hang of it, the rest will be a breeze.

Orders are usually ship within 72 hours. If we are extremely busy it may take longer but we will make sure to prioritize our queue according to your needs.
If you are in extreme rush please indicate that and we will do our best to ship it sooner.
Please note that special order items are subject to a longer lead time.
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number with a link to the carrier’s website where you can track your shipment at any given time and get an updated delivery date and time.
Remember that sometimes it takes the carrier’s system up to 24 hours to update, so if you just received your tracking number it may not be available for tracking immediately.
Yes we do. Shipping to the nearest terminal in Canada is priced at $499.00.
If you live in northern Canada or in a rural area, and you don’t have a terminal in your area the cost of shipping will might change, but those are very rare scenarios.
Assuming you live in or near a major city you shouldn’t have to worry about it, but for a definite answer you can send us your postal code to get a firm shipping quote.
When shipping outside the U.S., it is the responsibility of the importer (the customer) to arrange for customs clearance and pay any (if there is any) applicable taxes. Please consult a Custom Broker in order to understand if there is any applicable fees in your country.

Remember, the cost of the sample door will be refunded upon placing an order or upon the return of the sample door, so you don’t risk anything in case you don’t like them.
You can order as many sample doors as you want. There is a reduced additional fee for S&H for each door (as the shipping cost increases as well). However, you can get a refund for the cost of the doors (including shipping) upon placing an order or simply when you return the doors to us.
We usually ship sample door the same business day, or the following one if an order is placed after 02:00 pm PST.
We have two methods of shipping:
Express: will be delivered in 1-2 business days after the day you placed the order.
Ground: will be delivered in 3-4 business days after the day you placed the order.
