My Experience We purchased our house in May of 2009 with the plan to gut the kitchen. Everything was white except the cheap oak cabinets. I did a lot of searching to find quality cabinets that wouldn't brake the budget. Kitchen Pro was my answer, they had the finish I wanted and the sizes I needed to build out my dream kitchen. I also loved that they offered free design services, you supply the floor plan and they help design your dream kitchen. They were also easy to reach when I had questions during installation.

Why I should win My kitchen is proof that women are just as capable as men. This is the first kitchen I have ever done and I did most of the work myself. My kitchen turned out beautiful! I designed and built the hood that hangs over my range. I also did all of the tile work, plumbing, light fixture installation, cabinet assembly and finish work. My husband did help with some of the electrical and he helped install a few of the cabinets and the double oven.

My Experience Our kitchen was in desperate need for a face lift. We had a blue vinyl floor, and old oak cabinets some were missing the bottoms of the base cabinets. Doors falling off and a counter top that would make you sick. My wife and I set ourselves with an $8,000 budget and we got started. I first started to explore cabinets locally, and quickly realized if I wanted to stay within my budget I needed to by junk cabinets. So I decided to go online and came across Kitchen Pros website. I must say, I was a little concerned buying cabinets from over 3000 miles away, but the reviews were great and the customers service (Designer) I worked with was A+. I started to feel more comfortable with it. Anyways I made the purchase of the Honey Maple cabinets and the rest is history. Everyone that comes into the house for the first time says that the kitchen looks like an add right out of a magazine. I must say this makes you feel pretty good.

Why I should win I think, I should win because the kitchen is absolute beautiful, it is such a warm loving look. I stayed on budget I spent $8100 from the floor, cabinets, lights to the faucet. My Experience When we started our project, we were recent first time homebuyers, and eager to make our house in a home for our family. Unfortunately, to make that happen we had to redo the entire kitchen and we were on a tight budget. Kitchen Pro enabled us to achieve what we wanted within our budget. My Experience I had to gut my whole kitchen because of a flood. I ordered my cabins from Kitchen Pro. At first it was very hard because of the many choices but I had a budget to stick to so I had to keep my budget in mind. For the budget I had, I must say that I could not have gone anywhere else and gotten the quality for less. My cabins have quality and a very rich look to them and I did not pay a high price to get them. I had some issues after I received my cabins but my cabins are far better than the problems. I could not have gone anywhere else to get the same quality for the price. In the end my cabins are one of the best features of my kitchen and I am often asked where did I get my cabins from?

Why I should win I should win because one, I put my cabins together all by myself. Two, I helped to install my cabins and three, I decorated my kitchen myself. I painted my kitchen, I put the back splash up myself, which was my first time working with tile. I even helped to install my wood floors. I have friends wanting me to help them with their home projects and I have no experience or schooling in design or decorating. I can now set back and say I did this myself and I did not pay a lot of money to make it to happen.

My Experience This was our 1st renovation in our townhouse. At first, we was nervous, but after receiving advice from the Kitchen Pro guys it was one best things we could've done for our house.

Why I should win Our kitchen looks amazing! We were able to do all of the flooring, plumbing, electrical and cabinet installation. The granite was the only part that needed an outside installer. The results hopefully speak for themselves. We could not be happier.

My Experience This condominium has lower & limited 7 feet high ceiling in one side of wall and very high 20 feet ceiling in other side of wall. Space of kitchen size is not big enough and all kitchen appliances were attached side by side. Kitchen Pro has variety of cabinets and molding that much to our taste and this unbalanced kitchen was change to formal and well invited kitchen. I can not believe it still the same size of kitchen. It was time essence job but Kitchen Pro had all the cabinet in stock and we could finish on time.


Why I should win This kitchen is in small space but created feel much bigger and gorgeous. Just like you are sitting at Italian cafe. This condo has no window in the kitchen. So we put small cabinets on top of the wall cabinets and cut out top cabinet doors to make it like windows and space feel open and airy. All new lightings were installed with dimmer and dark kitchen has been changed to light in day time and shade down in romantic night. Very nice cream color body and light brown grazed Kitchen Pro cabinets were match to rare Italian green granite counter top and stone tiled back splash. Corbels in both side of under bar counter are help to make rich feelings. Cheese and wine would be melting in your mouth at lovely kitchen tonight.

My Experience The entire kitchen was gutted and new cabinets installed. Plumbing had to be re-routed and electrical re-worked to accomodate the cooktop and microwave. The cabinets were easy to work with and assemble. Only experiienced a couple of connector screws missing which were quickly replaced. The cabinets were delivered on time with no damage from the carrier. The only issue that came into play was installing a couple of the wall cabinets upsiade down (there are no hints as to the top or bottom). This was easily fixed by raising the doors to match the adjacent cabinets. Especially helpful was our assigned designer who patiently made changes and pointed out issues throughout the planning and ordering phase. Anytime I had a question, I could call Kitchen Pro and get it answered.

Why I should win This is the most beautiful kitchen we have ever had. The cabinets we replaced were standard contractor grade cabinets install in 1971 when the house was built. These cabinets are accented by granite countertops and new tile floor. They have received nothing by praise from anyone who has come into our home. Not lonly are they beautiful, but provide us more storage space and functionality than we had before.

My Experience We did a complete kitchen gut rehab. Our designer helped us pick out the correct size and type cabinets that would work in our space. One piece came in damaged and several small pieces were not included. The problems were handled quickly and professionaly.

My Experience Tackled this project in between getting my hip replaced. Took the walls down to the studs and had everything rewired. Purchased the beautiful cabinets from Kitchen Pro and it was the best and smartest way to get a beautiful kitchen. I put the cabinets together myself with all the right tools and I'm very happy with the outcome. I will definitely use Kitchen Pro cabinets again.

My Experience Without a doubt the best part of the experience was the design service. David Turek took a blank rendering of our space and turned it into the kitchen of our dreams. He was enthusiastic about our change ideas and incorporated them into the final design, which exceeded every one of our expectations. The quality of the cabinets was another surprise...from the solid construction to the dovetailed drawers and soft close mechanisms, everything was first class. Our friends and family can't believe these were RTA cabinets.

Why I should win From start to finish, this was entirely a DIY project. For just under $30k (less than $10k of which was cabinets) we achieved a finished product for which would have easily cost 2-3 times as much had we gone with a contractor and cabinets from one of the big box stores. This project is a testament to the quality and value of Kitchen Pro Cabinetry.

My Experience Our experience was great. The design staff offered great advice and guidance as well as support when it was needed. The cabinets are beautiful and of much better quality than what you can get elsewhere at even twice the cost.

Why I should win We are very pleased with our design and how the cabinets coordinate with our chosen flooring, lighting, appliances, and backsplash. The traditional cherry kitchen fits perfectly with our Tudor style house. We think it's beautiful.

My Experience I wanted to open up the living area of my house by removing the wall between the kitchen and living room. I replaced the wall with a center island. I custom built five areas to match the cabinets I purchased from Kitchen Pro. Most of the custom features were on the island, but I also built the light over the sink and the wainscoting to match the cherry maple cabinets. I built the spice cabinet whose side pulls out to reveal the spice rack. Kitchen Pro customer service was fantastic. They helped me through the process, surpassing my expectations. I proudly tell people where I got the cabinets.

Why I should win These cabinets had to hold as much as the old kitchen, even though a wall of cabinets is now missing. I got creative in laying out the wall cabinets with varying heights and depths. The base cabinets have varying depths as well. Kitchen Pro has such a complete selection of cabinets, that I was able to get a custom look at far, far under the custom price.

My Experience I found Kitchen Pro on the internet while researching cabinets for my massive room addition & kitchen remodel. I was looking for white solid wood cabinetry and I wasn't having much luck at the big box chains with regards to my very tight cabinet budget of $5500. My original kitchen was a "1946 nightmare" that was only about 8' x 8'. We expanded the kitchen space to roughly 10' x 16' by adding a room addition to the back of the house, and by taking out a wall between the kitchen and a very small dining area. Our entire budget for the kitchen & room addition was $30,000. After working with Kitchen Pro Designer Vicki, I was amazed to find that I saved $2500 by using Kitchen Pro and Not the local stores, and I got better cabinets too! Vicki was extremely helpful and informative. She made design suggestions that I wouldn't have thought of. Without her keen eye, our project would not have been possible! On a side note, I would like to add that most of the materials for my Kitchen remodel were purchased from the internet, (flooring, appliances, lighting, door/cabinet hardware, faucet, and even the sink. The prices I found on the internet were cheeper, and I didn't have to pay sales tax or shipping for almost anything. My Husband and I worked as a team with our contractor to do a large portion of the work. We demolished walls, purchase materials, hung drywall & trim, put together the cabinets, installed appliances, and painted everything. The whole project took about a year. We worked almost every weekend and most evenings. (we both work full time) There were moments that we thought we would never get finished. We are so grateful to Kitchen pro for offering a product that exceeded our expectations.
We finally finished on Nov.20th. Now we can enjoy the holidays in style!

My Experience Our 1954 rambler that we had lived in for 15 years had the original kitchen;yellow Formica counters that were burned and torn, a total of four cabinets (we kept all out large pots, small appliances and pantry food in our basement), no dish washer, and the space was too small for our family of six to sit together. We had wanted to redo the kitchen from the day we moved in but always put it off as being too expensive a project. We received design estimates for thousands of dollars, cabinet estimates of $15,000 & up and knew there must be a better way. We found Kitchen Pro on the internet and were a bit apprehensive about the quality of their cabinets and the promised free design help. Could it too good to be true? We sent in our measurements including the plans to knock down a wall between the kitchen and dining room and David Turek designed an awesome kitchen! My Experience We were so excited to learn about Kitchen Pro and even more impressed when we began our project. We needed to revise our floor plan, not just a face lift, and we needed to maintain a reasonable budget. Kitchen Pro made our remodel not only affordable but a fun experience as well. Quotes from others turned out to be 3 times more expensive and was for particle board boxes. The quality of Kitchen Pro cabinets were superior; made w/plywood construction, dove tail joints on the drawers and the assembly was easy with the help of Kitchen Pro web site instructions. Our designer, Vicki, was patient and encouraging with all of our questions and made very helpful suggestions to get the most out of our space. During the project Kitchen Pro was also available for follow up questions and easy to work with. Why I should win If you ask any of our friends or family about this project they will tell you that we have driven them crazy for about 10 years now with all our ideas and dilemmas about how to even begin this project. We live in a small tract home and it was challenging to create a spacious and inviting kitchen without it being overwhelming to the overall space. Although the kitchen area was 10 x 20 feet, the original floor plan allotted only a 10 x 10 foot area for all appliances, cupboards and counters. It was cute and gave the illusion of a big kitchen but was wasted, unused space. We had 2 large windows that we loved and a lot of light that we wanted to keep so the challenge was to maintain the original floor plan, open it up and keep it to scale for the size of our house. My Experience During the Spring of 2010, my wife and I decided to undertake another project while balancing a busy life full of military deployments coupled with three beautiful (yet busy) children. The monster golf course property needed absolutely everything, but had the location, size and bones of an amazing home that would normally be outside of our reach. My wife and I worked tirelessly to renovate all of the bedrooms and bathrooms prior to moving in. Shortly after moving in, I had to detour away from the project on yet another busy deployment to a land far away. My poor wife had to endure a few months of misery cooking in a kitchen that was quite outdated and in very poor condition. Immediately upon returning, we filled up another dumpster with every bit of that old kitchen stripping it down to the bare framework. Having worked with Kitchen Pro before (and being utterly amazed at the value and quality of the products), there was no doubt where our cabinets would come from. A close friend (who owns a custom cabinet shop and is also impressed with the quality and value of Kitchen Pro) assisted me in designing the kitchen of our dreams. The gorgeous Coffee finished cabinets arrived and the finish quality was nothing less than spectacular. After renovating every other aspect of the kitchen, the cabinets were assembled and modified to fit the design plans. My friend and I crafted a custom island, stained and pinstriped corbels and legs, and installed all of the cabinets as laid out in our plans. After finishing all of the electrical, floors and installing appliances, my wife finally had the kitchen of her dreams. Fortunately, I finished it just in time for yet another deployment. As beautiful as the kitchen is, the backbone of the project is without a doubt, the cabinets from Kitchen Pro.

My Experience We bought an older home with a kitchen that was loaded in brick and rough cedar. We decided we could do a remodel and went looking for cabinets. My Experience Our kitchen was as total re-do from ceiling to floor.We looked at several different cabinets but decided to go with Kitchen Pro because of the quality of the cabinets and the outstanding service. After my wife came up with the design that she wanted, Cassie did an outstanding job of lining us up with the actual components that we needed. With all of the labor supplied by myself (including ceiling,lighting, moving a wall, granite counters, ceramic backsplash and installing a wood floor) the total cost of the new kitchen was far less than our best quote for simply purchasing cabinets from a national retailer and having them installed.

My Experience We are so pleased with the excellent Kitchenspro customer service. Specifically were so happy with Cassi our Kitchenspro designer. Cassi is much more knowledgeable than the staff we dealt with at the large home building supply stores. We were going to refinish our existing cabinets, but it was much less expensive to get new cabinets from Kitchenspro. The cabinets are beautiful and of excellent quality.

My Experience We took a small, cramped kitchen and made it the center of the house by knocking down two walls and installing antique white cabinetry that went with the farmhouse feel of the house. My Experience We are so extremely pleased with the customer service we received with your company. The cabinets are top notch....amazing. We have friends with very expensive custom kitchens and if their cabinets can even begin to compare to our "macchiatto maple" in quality, then they paid about $20K.

My Experience When looking around for our first house to buy we both decided it would be great to buy a fixer-upper. After 5 offers falling through we found this diamond in the rough, and when I say rough... I mean ROUGH! This house, originally built in the 50s, had been added onto a couple of times and uninhabited for a couple of years. When we bought it there was a small galley kitchen with no oven and two empty spaces on either side of the room where the washer and dryer were supposed to go. We could barely fit in the space together, but there was a spacious breakfast room that had been added on in one of those additions. My Experience My kitchen was 52 years old, very small and not fun to cook in or to hang out in. We took everything out from floor to ceiling, removed a couple of walls and set out to find cabinets. My Experience I'd like to nominate my husband, Lee, and his kitchen project for the most beautiful kitchen of 2008! Ours may not be the largest, but Lee considered every detail with love and perfection. We'd hated our kitchen cabinets since we bought our house in 1997, but never had the money to update until this past year. Why I should win Having gone through the process of designing a high end kitchen 10 years ago in our previous home, I came to this project armed with a vast amount of knowledge about craftsmanship, customer service, and creating the right look for the specific home. The kitchen I created looks as if it could be found in a high end home, and matches the English aesthetic of our new house. My Experience My project consisted of renovating a condo on Fort Lauderdale Beach for my parents. We were looking for high quality cabinets at an affordable price. After having several cabinet makers give us estimates north of $20,000, we decided to go on the internet and find cabinets ourselves. We must have analyzed over 20 sites and kitchenspro.com had the best combination of quality, selection, and price. The material for the kitchen costs us about $7,500 and the labor about $1,500. My Experience Our project started in November 2008. My wife and I decided it was time to upgrade from the original kitchen of 1967 to our dream kitchen. We shopped the local home and kitchen stores to get design ideas and pricing. Initially we were taken aback at the amount it costs to renovate a kitchen, particularly the price of cabinets. After the initial sticker shock wore off and we decided to continue the project I thought to look online for a cabinet supplier. That’s when I found KitchensPro.com.
I found their selection to be excellent. We had not yet decided on the exact style of cabinet we wanted and KP had plenty to choose from. We decided on the White Glazed Maple, thinking staying light would make our relatively small kitchen seem bigger.
Working with Vickie Salmen, our design specialist, was a pleasure. She always returned my calls promptly and offered practical design suggestions. In one instance she advised me that although a 24in. cabinet would fit where I had it in the plans, the crown molding would not work unless we went with a 21in. cabinet. This kind of expertise is invaluable. The trouble and costs it saves cannot be under estimated.
Not to mention the amount I saved over the home stores. Literally for the same kitchen design was double the price and that was with standard grade cabinets, not the all plywood cabinets I received from KP which is a $1000 upgrade elsewhere.
Because we saved a significant amount of money we decided we could afford new appliances and not skim on the details.
My wife and I are so pleased with our new kitchen. It really truly is a dream kitchen and we didn’t break the bank to get it. It was a good amount of work on my end but the satisfaction of knowing it was done right combined with the savings made it worth every drop of sweat.

My Experience We purchased the house from the bank after the previous owner attempted a remodel. The House was in such disarray it required a tear down to the foundation and a complete reconstruction of the House. Only parts of the foundation and existing outside 2 x 6 frame remain from the original construction. In addition approximately an additional one thousand square feet of living space was added. A small kitchen was replaced with a modern 22 x 16 foot open kitchen. A center island with a Jenn-Air downdraft barbecue and four place burner. Incorporated into the island was a breakfast bar. A walk in food pantry was built in and maple cabinetry was installed throughout the remaining walls. Exotic import granite and travertine were used for flooring and countertops. The granite countertops were inlaid with maple matching the cabinetry. The center island has cabinets on both sides. I am a general contractor and all construction was completed by my company and it's staff.

My Experience The cabinets are lovely, very elegant-looking. This kitchen is in a seventy-year-old house, so getting them to *fit* the bowed walls, uneven ceiling, and uneven everything would have been impossible if we had chosen ready-made cabinets. The wall cabinets were most likely original. The rest of the kitchen (laminate countertops and base cabinets) was redone in the mid-80's with very inexpensive materials. Now, the house is updated with a much more functional kitchen and a significant increase in counter space and cabinet storage space.

My Experience We started our full kitchen remodel in February 2008 and finished in August 2008! We did all the work ourselves which included many walls down, new ceiling, new window, flooring, plumbing and electrical. It was a long project but we have exactly what we wanted and we love our kitchen! We are very happy with the cabinets, they are pretty and very durable. Our project was held up because of shipping problems which is the only negative we had through the whole project. We had many cabinets that were damaged but Kitchenspro worked with us to the end and replaced anything that was damaged. We also had some difficulty getting the correct glass doors for our island. At first we were sent two empty door frames that broke through shipping. The replacement was sent but it was only one door, with glass and muttons (which we actually fell in love with). The trouble was waiting for the second matching door with muttons. It finally came and again, we are very happy with the product.

My Experience I researched pre-manufactured and all the RTA cabinets from the big chain stores to just about all the web stores. I purchased 5 full cabinets from different companies to compare quality and the Kitchens Pro cabinet was by far the best quality. Their service was also excellent from answering questions to the order process, they helped me all the way.

1. the cabinets were all assembled using "pocket holes" (see pic) this method of joining cabinets is a very strong connection method and cost $100 for the tool to make the holes.
