| Q: What tools are required in order to assemble and install cabinets? |
| The only required tool is a screwdriver, however we recommend using electric screwdriver, rubber head hummer, 3/4" staples gun and hot glue gun. If you are installing crown molding you will need a saw. |
| Q: This is too complicated for me, how can I find an installer in my area? |
| We currently have installers in Southern California only, However these are standard cabinets that can be installed by anyone, if you wish to hire a professional, we recommend using an online contractor referral service such as http://www.servicemagic.com, http://www.contractors.com or a similar service. |
| Q: Are there any codes or standards that I should know of? |
|
There are few simple guidelines and standards that you
should keep, for example: you should keep at least 18"
between your countertop and the bottom of your wall
cabinets, you should keep at least 36" clearance between
countertops in your kitchen, etc. For a complete list of guidelines, please visit the National Kitchen And Bath Association's (NKBA) web site |
| Q: I broke a part / scratched a cabinet. What should I do? |
