Kitchen Pro Cabinetry takes pride in providing the BEST shipping & handling procedure in the industry.

Once we receive your order, we review it, make absolutely sure that we have exactly what you asked for, and personally check our on site inventory. Your items will then be transferred to the packing dock. All of Kitchen Pro Cabinetry's shipments are packed using only the best available packing materials for individual cabinet and whole kitchen orders.

We hire only professional laborers and follow industry standards so that you can rest assured that your product will arrive free of damage. After your product is safely packed and inspected, we send your order through a licensed national freight carrier.

Q: How much is shipping? What shipping options do I have?
Shipping costs depend on the option you choose:

Nearest Terminal Shipping - This option ships your order to the freight company terminal nearest to your home. You will then have to pick up your order from the terminal. On average, the nearest terminal is 10-20 miles from your location. This option costs $299 for orders shipped within the continental US and $499 to Canada.

Curbside Delivery – If you would like your order to be delivered directly to your home, the additional shipping cost is $199.

Commercial Location – To ship to a commercial location, the upgrade cost is $59.
PLEASE NOTE: The chose commercial location must have a loading dock and/or forklift available to unload the pallets from the truck.
 
Q: How do I know where is the nearest terminal to my house?
To find the nearest terminal, simply click on the link 'Find Nearest Terminal' in the 'my quote' page, this link will be available upon adding S&H charges to your quote.
Q: If I forgot to order something, will you charge me full shipping cost for just one or two items?
NO, Kitchen Pro Cabinetry will not charge you the full cost. The shipping and handling rate per single cabinet ranges from $19.99 to $69.99 depending on the cabinet weight and destination. Please contact us for an exact rate.
Q: How can I track my shipment?
Upon shipping your order, you will receive an email with tracking information. You may also find the tracking information on the “My Order” tab in the “My Kitchen Pro” section of our web site.
Q: How long does it takes for my order to ship?
Generally, your order will be shipped within 72 hours; however, shipping can take up to 21 days. We will notify you about shipping time once you have placed your order.
Q: How long does it takes for a shipment to arrive once it leaves your warehouse?
Depending on your location and the shipping options specified, transit time for orders is usually 3-10 days. You will be notified of the estimated transit time before your order has been processed and shipped.
Q: How are the cabinets packed?
The cabinets are packed in flat boxes and are shrink-wrapped on a pallet in order to provide maximum durability and minimal damage.
Q: Where are you shipping to?
We currently serve the U.S and Canada. Shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Alaska and Northern Canada vary in price. Please contact one of our representatives for shipping rates.
Q: What shipping company you are using?
Kitchen Pro uses a variety of shipping companies. Among them are Fedex National LTL, Roadway Express and UPS Freight. The freight company is determined upon your order.
Q: Are you shipping to Canada? What is the procedure? Do I need a custom Broker? Who pays for custom duties?
Yes, we ship to Canada. A custom broker is needed. You may choose to provide your own or use one of our licensed and certified custom brokers for an additional fee. The customer is responsible for all custom duties. Please note that the country of origin for our merchandise is China and therefore does not qualify for the NAFTA certificate.
Q: I live close by, may I pick up my order?
Pick-up orders are welcome and no shipping and handling charges are added to your order. Please choose “Local Pick-Up” as your shipping option. We will contact you with available pick up times.

PLEASE NOTE: All orders picked up from our location will be subject to California sales tax.
Q: What if my shipment arrived damaged?
Shipping damages are rare, but may still occur. Your shipment is fully insured. Should your order arrive damaged, we will replace the items at no cost to you. We will also file a claim to the shipping company on your behalf.

Q: Which orders are eligible for FREE shipping?
We currently offer free shipping on orders that are $5,000 or more. This offer is only valid for the Nearest Terminal Delivery option. Any shipping upgrade will be charged accordingly.
Q: How will I know when to expect delivery?
The freight carrier will confirm your availability on the delivery date. If you will be unavailable at the time of delivery, you may reschedule delivery directly with the freight carrier. If you're picking up your order from a freight carrier's terminal, you will be contacted and notified of the available pick-up times once your order has arrived.
